SlideBoss Portable Schwintek and SlimRack Slide Override Tool

Take direct control of your RV slide-out when the factory controller won't. SlideBoss is a portable, battery-powered override tool that bypasses your coach's OEM slide control box and drives both slide motors directly — so you can bring a stuck slide in or out, square up a racked slide, or get moving again when you're stranded.

How it works: Unplug your two slide motor leads (M1 and M2) from your factory controller and plug them into SlideBoss. The tool now runs your motors directly, powered by a cordless-tool battery — no wiring into your RV's 12V system needed.

Powers off your existing batteries: Runs on a standard DeWalt 20V MAX or Milwaukee M18 pack. Note: DeWalt PowerStack packs will not work with this tool — use a standard DeWalt 20V MAX or Milwaukee M18 pack.

Two independent motor channels: Control each end of the slide separately, or run both together to move evenly — so you can nudge just one end to fix a crooked slide, then run both to bring it home.

Three ways to control it:

• On-box toggle switches — always work, no phone needed. Spring-loaded, hold-to-run, release-to-stop. Control each motor independently or together.
• Built-in WiFi app — connect straight to the unit (works anywhere, even boondocking) or join your RV WiFi. Opens in any phone browser, nothing to install — and lets you control each motor independently or together.
• Bluetooth via the free EZ-Switch app — the simplest setup, no WiFi network to join. Note: over Bluetooth both motors run together at the same time — no independent motor control. For independent control, use the toggle switches or the WiFi app.

Built-in safety: PIN-protected, hold-to-run (motor stops the instant you release), auto-stop if the connection drops, and a 2-minute runaway backstop.

What it fits: RV slide-outs that use two motors — including Lippert Schwintek (in-wall) and Lippert SlimRack systems.
